I’m probably not the guy to get an unbaised appraisal of zucchini ice cream from , having had it during a period of my life when I was (out of some measure of economic necessity) also eating zucchini bread, zucchini soup, zucchini pudding, etc., etc., ad nauseum — as I can recall, tho’, it twernt so bad (having started said time period loathing the veggie in question, and now, due to such unintendedly well-targeted aversion therapy, still carrying on the loathing process…)

There was a very tantalizing reference to zucchini-lemon sorbet served at the Vermont Zucchini Festival… but, shoulda tried for zucchini ice cream. Was it tasty?

I’m very surprised that the receipe for zucchini sorbet isn’t out there somewhere, having had not a little experience with eating zucchini ice cream (and yes, I [kinda] know the difference…)

Well, there are some grape vines from my fabulous neighbor’s garden growing on my side of the wall, but I don’t think they’re champagne grapes.
I wonder if a pie tin of champagne would trap slugs?

Ooh, I love making (and eating) sorbet. I doubt you have the proper ingredients for this growing in your garden, either, but I recommend champagne sorbet, too. Note: it is simple to make, but if you drink some of the champagne first, you won’t care if it comes out a bit off…
