Crapulous
What is geophysics? Is it like geology? Or is the difference as mysterious to some of us as the difference between algebra and calculus? I had planned to write a post about New Zealand, the obscure little country in which I live. In addition to the frankly menacing active volcanoes we have here, I myself have the bad fortune to live on a major fault line. A large quake is expected sooner rather than later, and I anticipate plunging to my death at the bottom of a deep fissure.
